MADE TO ORDER

Every Brokie product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. This is an estimate and may vary during busy periods.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. A tracking link is emailed when the order ships; carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to appear.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELAYS

Contact us as quickly as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs, and incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
