These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from The Brokie store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Our merchandise is made to order. Product colors, placement, and appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews because of display settings and the production process. We may update, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. We may cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or other operational issues; any captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded.

PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND RETURNS

Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

STORE USE

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity, attempt to interfere with its security, or copy and exploit store content without permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Brokie name, artwork, logos, product graphics, photographs, and site content belong to their respective owners and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

ACCURACY AND LIABILITY

We work to keep product information and store content accurate, but occasional errors may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Brokie is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
